We are always open to discovering new artists and new artwork for our gallery shows. If you’d like to share your work for consideration, do send us an email. Share some images and/or a link to your website if you have one.
We’ll be sure to get back to you.
While some of our shows are by invitation only, we will sometimes have an exhibition with an ‘open’ call for entries. These will be sent to our Artist Mailing List and also posted below.

We are excited to be planning our upcoming exhibition
and invite New England artist to submit images for consideration.
’LYRICAL’
IS OUR 'LOOSELY' THEMED SHOW FOR THIS SPRING
May 17 - June 9, 2024
Opening Reception
Saturday, May 18 @5pm
You can submit work in any media, size, format or style.
We anticipate selling large as well as small pieces!
What are we thinking?
We're thinking broadly as always.
A FEW IDEAS:
We'd like to include work that is
lyrical, loose or 'expressionist' in style
AND/OR
work that includes lyrics, or is inspired by lyrics... a song or a poem perhaps
AND/OR
work that includes lyrical music, or is inspired by music
OR
Your own interpretation of the theme
A dictionary definition of 'lyrical' may help:
LYRICAL
(of literature, art, or music)
expressing the writer's thoughts or emotions
in an imaginative and beautiful way
ALL SIZES OF WORK WELCOME
(We do have several spots for very large work)
ALL MEDIA, 2D and 3D, WELCOME
We'll select a variety of media, subject matter, style and price.
Abstract, realistic, and everything in between.
Our taste is eclectic and we want to offer
something for all our diverse art-buyers!

We encourage you to send us (via email) digital images for consideration. (ideally images of 5 pieces or more, although less is fine... and as many as you like.) If your work is 'inspired by' a particular song, poem, piece of music etc, please indicate that in the body of your email.
Send images as soon as you like to our email address, and by Monday, April 1 latest.

File size is flexible; around 1MB is good as a rough guide.
If you haven't shown work here before, please give us an idea of how you generally frame or otherwise present your work for gallery display.

The gallery's commission on any work sold is 35%.
There is no fee for submitting work for consideration.
N.B. We usually ask artists to bring a little more work than we know we actually have space for. This gives us flexibility while hanging the show, and allows us to have extra work on hand to ‘fill gaps’ when visitors purchase pieces they want to take right away (for gifts etc).
ALL WORK selected will be included in the online version of the show.
Once work is selected, we'd be grateful if you don't make it available in any other venue, either in person or online.
Also, please be consistent in your pricing (so that the pricing you give us is the same as the pricing offered in all other venues, including your studio and/or online) Thanks.
DROP OFF
If work is selected we will send you an inventory form - please bring it along signed and filled out on:
Thursday, April 25, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
or
Friday, April 26, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
or at another time on those days by appointment.
(You can also deliver work any time before these dates, just let us know when is best for you.)
PICK UP
Any unsold work can be collected during the week following the show. (June 13/14.)
